The Jacobs Foundation invests in the future of young people by working to ensure all children have access to opportunities for positive development and the best education possible that enables them to thrive.
Our work is structured around three interwoven portfolios: Learning Minds, Learning Schools, and Learning Societies. We support brilliant minds and bring them together in cross-sectoral collaboration to drive new ideas about child development and human learning. We support schools by generating and supplying evidence, and sharing best practices. We promote evidence-informed decision-making in public policy and corporate practices to generate system change.
Our mission involves forming global and local coalitions, furthered by the Jacobs Foundation Conference, the Klaus J. Jacobs Awards and the Jacobs Foundation Research Fellowship.
We foster relationships by recruiting, developing, and retaining professionals and talents from within our network and beyond.
The Jacobs Foundation promotes equal opportunities. We consider all qualified applicants without restriction regarding origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age or other characteristics.
We also welcome applications from qualified persons currently being in Switzerland under the protection status ‘S’.
